We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gozney purchase; if your oven or accessory isn't the right fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack your unused Gozney products in their original shipping boxes to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
